TERMS OF SERVICE
PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE THOROUGHLY BEFORE PLACING A COMMISSION REQUEST-I. PRIOR TO COMMISSIONING:-
▸ The artist retains the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
▸ The client must supply all information necessary to complete the commission, including deadline and/or time constraint information. If the piece is to be requested in a timeframe under 1 month, a rush fee will be negotiated. The shortest possible time frame requested via rush fee is 1 week, and the artist retains the right to deny any rush request deemed impossible to complete during the allocated time frame.
▸ All payments between client and artist will be completed in USD unless otherwise negotiated.
▸ Clients must supply a minimum of 50% of the payment upfront, and the remainder at the midpoint of the commission. Once the midpoint has passed, no refunds will be given. The client will be notified as the midpoint approaches.-II. COMMISSION PROCESS:-
~▸ All communication between client and artist regarding the commission will be held via Discord or email unless otherwise stated.
▸ The subject of the commission can not be changed once agreed upon.
▸ Free revisions during the sketch phase will be limited to a maximum of 10, followed by a maximum of 3 during the flat color phase. Small tweaks will not impact the total number of revisions used.
▸ If the client wishes to cancel the commission at any point, the refund will reflect the amount of work already completed. The client will receive the work completed up until the refund.
▸ Under no circumstances may a client force a chargeback once a commission has been agreed upon.
▸ In the case of unplanned silence from the client for more than 3 weeks, the commission will be either refunded or cancelled without refund depending on the completion status of the piece. The client will be reached out towards a final time before the commission is closed. ~-III. UPON COMPLETION:-
▸ Finished commissions will be sent to the client's Discord or email, in the form of a high-quality signed PNG.
▸ If the client wishes to repost their finished work, they are welcome to with credit.
▸ The client may not in any way tamper with, remove, edit, or omit the artist signature from the piece.BY COMMISSIONING THIS ARTIST, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IN THE EVENT THAT THESE TERMS ARE BREACHED, YOUR COMMISSION WILL BE CANCELED WITHOUT REFUND, AND YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED. OPTING TO NOT READ THESE TERMS IS NO EXEMPTION TO THIS RULE.
